I recently stayed at a hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and had a wonderful experience. the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Secondly, the hotel’s location was ideal, being close to the city center and the famous Ben Thanh Market. It made exploring the city so much easier. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, having breakfast included was a great convenience. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to others.

I booked a superior room, value for money, helpfull and kindness of staff. the rooms are big enough and the location is great. I'll come back for sure! fierst they gave me a room near the stairs but it was much noisy, so I asked to change and they said "no problem"! Anyway I suggest to book a "superior room".

Contrary to what was described to the booking statement, the room doesn't have a massage bathtub (only a regular bath tub). Breakfast was poor.

I could say that this hotel is commendable not only in their facilities, but the good service that they offer. We really find time to relax and enjoy because of the accessibility of the place in the city proper. Also, they provided us assistance everytime we need help and requests. What made it worth remembering is the food that we ordered which really fit our tastes. Salamat, Hong Thien Loc 2 staff for such a wonderful experience in your place!

The hotel has a few shortcomings. Guests may be disappointed in the quality of bedding and a lack of cleanliness in some areas of the room.

We booked this hotel because of its supposed location near the Opera House and the People's Committee Building. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we found out its actual location is completely different, at the most south-western end of Le Thanh Ton Street. So, their location on the map of Booked.net is not right.

But this was just the start. We travelled through Vietnam for 30 days, and this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed in. Actually, I guess this is by far the hotel with the worst service we ever stayed in during our lives. We booked a superior room, but we were given a standard room; it was the smallest room we ever stayed in, and without any windows at all. Moreover, the room was not clean, E.G. our bed was full of hairs, the bathroom was really filthy and a lot of ants were walking in our room. There was no hot water coming out of the shower and, by the way, a massage bath tub (as stated when we booked) was not present. Even the breakfast was really poor, and all this for 28 usd per night. In the end, we succeeded to get our bed and bathroom cleaned, although the staff could not fix the lack of hot water. Originally, we booked for 2 nights via Booked.net, but after one night we informed the hotel that we wanted to check out because of the above mentioned items. The staff member at the desk agreed to the fact that we left and only had to pay for the first night (we paid in cash vnd); she assured us that the 2nd night would not be charged. One week later we found out that the hotel actually used the Booked.net credit card authorization and charged our credit card a second night in the end! We emailed the hotel about this matter, but they kept replying we were only looking for reasons to get our money back, and that it was our own fault. All in all, worst service ever! I strongly advise against this hotel!

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and had a nice stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was great and had a good variety of foods. The location was central, close to many attractions, shopping, and dining options. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the city.

The rooms were a bit small, and as we had a window room, it wasn't very private as people could easily see into our room. The windows were always covered by curtains.
